As a lifelong Caroline County resident, I have a vested personal interest in our rural way of life. It's inevitable that you, as county residents, will, at some point, need the services provided by the Clerk's Office. Each person that comes in the door of the Clerk's Office will, under my leadership, experience "fair, efficient, and effective justice for all". Over my career with the Maryland Judiciary, I remained committed to living this motto. In my personal life, the is also true.
